1. Use of Website

By using www.fourseasonspetshop.com you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These guidelines have been set so that you know what you can expect from us and see the terms on which you place your order. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions please do not use this website.

By accessing the website, you warrant and represent to the website owner that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website.

fourseasonspetshop.com (hereinafter referred to as the ‘website’) offers online shopping service to addresses in Malta only (Gozo & Comino and other countries not included). By using or submitting an order on this website you are agreeing to the terms that appear below.

Do not share your password of www.fourseasonspetshop.com. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you have any doubt or suspicion that someone else knows your password you should inform us by contacting us by email info@fourseasonspetshop.com) immediately.

2. Delivery

Zone A : Delivery to Mosta, Naxxar, Gharghur, Birguma, Attard, Lija, Balzan and Iklin are free of charge with orders over 20 euros. Below 20 euros there is a charge of 5 euros for delivery or items shopped can be picked up from the shop in Mosta.

Zone B : Delivery to Mgarr, St Paul's Bay, Bugibba, Qawra, Birkirkara, St Venera, Swieqi, San Gwann, Rabat, Dingli and Mtarfa are free of charge with orders over 50 euros. Orders lower than 30 euros incur a delivery charge of 10 euros for these destinations. Orders between 30 and 50 euros incur a charge of 5 euros for these destinatins. Items shopped can also be picked up from the shop in Mosta.

Zone C : For all other localities in Malta delivery at the moment is not available however you can shop online and pick up your shopping from our shop in Mosta.

After you place your order we will inform you of your delivery day/time by a call and you will also receive a confirmation email that your order has been received and will be delivered. 

Very Important that When entering your details you enter the correct Post Code.

We do our best so that deliveries to zone A will be dealt within two working days.

For Zone B we do our best so that deliveries will be dealt within three working days.

Orders are handed over by delivery person to client at ground floor level. Cash sale has to be signed by client at delivery.

If you choose to pick up your shopping from the shop in Mosta we will inform you when the order is ready for pick up.

3. Payment

Payments can be done by Cash on delivery. BOV mobile app and Revolut mobile app are accepted.

4. Pricing

The prices and offers on the website do not necessarily reflect the prices in our shop and vice-versa.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure correct pricing online, if we notice mistakes or price changes due to stock price fluctuations in the order/s we will contact you before delivery.

5. Product Information

While we do our best to ensure that the product information is kept up to date, there may be occasions where a manufacturer has changed their information and this has not yet been reflected in the information on our product pages. Due to the complexity of some product information, the information displayed on this site may be a simplified version and therefore all information provided is for the purposes of comparing products only. Please always refer to the product packaging upon receipt of your order for the fullest and most up to date copy of the product's information and use only this when feeding your pet.

6. Website Downtime

From time to time because of website maintenance or other issues website or parts of it may not be available to circumstances beyond our control. We apologise for such downtime in advance.

7. Security Measures

The user is responsible for all of the user's account and confidentiality of his/her passwords.

The user is responsible for any telephone, internet and other connections and Internet charges incurred while connecting to or using our website.

8. Stock Shortages on Popular Products

We do our best to ensure that we have consistent availability but we do occasionally run out of some products. If item/s you ordered are not in stock we will contact you immediately.

9. Trademarks

The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the website owner. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the website owner.

10. Product Images

In some cases product images may vary from the actual delivered product.

11. Returns Policy

Your right to return an item does apply only if goods are faulty on delivery or not properly described.

Customers can return food items that are still in their original state within twenty four hours, not including Sundays and/or Public and/or National Holidays.

Customers can return non food items in their original state within fifteen days not including Sundays and/or Public and/or National Holidays.

Delivery cost is spread over all order not just one item so such cost will not be considered / refunded.

If you buy only one item and you incurred a delivery charge in respect of such one item, and such item is returned back to us, we will refund the cost of delivery as well.

We will replace the damaged items by identical items in good condition or will otherwise grant a refund depending on the customer’s preference.

Returning goods should go to our shop, Four Seasons Pet Shop, Wesghat Marco Montebello, Mosta that is either by exchanging items, offset from the bill or else the customer is granted a credit note.

12. Warranties

The website owner makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the website.

13. Disclaimer of liability

The website owner shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, you or your company’s personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. In particular, neither the website owner nor any third party or data or content provider shall be liable in any way to you or to any other person, firm or corporation whatsoever for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omission of any share price information or the transmission thereof, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of non-performance or interruption, or termination thereof.

The Laws of Malta will govern these disclaimers, terms and conditions, privacy policy, etc. without giving effect to any principles of laws. We reserve the right to make changes to our website and these disclaimers, including terms and conditions and privacy policy at any time, clearly referring to the respective version number and date amended.

If there is a conflict or contradiction between the provisions of these website terms and conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices, the other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices which relate specifically to a particular section or module of the website shall prevail in respect of your use of the relevant section or module of the website.
